Fusion Warm-up
Upper Body weighted series (need 3-5 lbs dumbbells)
The Barre section is modified for the home exerciser with a sturdy chair
Lower body floor conditioning and flexibility
TOTAL WORKOUT TIME IS 65 MINUTES
