    I have a bad back I would like some more of your low impact workouts will I still lose weight with low impact

      FuseDance Videos and BootyBarre Beginners and Beyond will be great choices. The Pilates Sculpt will strengthen your abs which will help lower back pain. Good Luck!! Let me know how you get on 🙂

    I love your exercise DVD’s and I have "Get your body back" and "Booty Barre + Abs & Arms". I had a baby 11 months ago and have seen a physio to strengthen my pelvic floor and have been advised to not do any high impact exercises like star jumps or squats etc. Can i still do the workouts on the exercise DVD’s? What do you recommend? Thanks!!!
