Booty Barre™ is a fluid blend of Pilates, Dance and Yoga the perfect balance of strength, flexibility and cardio. The Beginners and Beyond Series consists of a technique tutorial to learn the correct form of The Booty Barre™ and an express 35 minute version that targets the total body from head to toe. The program starts with a quick warm-up followed by the signature lower body Booty Barre™ moves finishing off with a short weighted arm program. For an extra challenge we’ve included a bonus section of abdominals, booty and flexibility.

I would highly recommend this DVD. This was my first experience with Tracey’s Barre workouts, and it really helped me with my low back issues and hip problems after 2 kids. I was always active and worked out, but until i started using this workout regime, my back and hips were painful even with exercise.
Now its one of my faves! For a busy mom who works, its not always easy to find time to hit the gym or barre studio, this workout is all you need when you workout at home.
